Nanotechnology is a vast field of promising opportunities and emerging technologies for a multitude of applications in energy, electronics, biomedicin, environment as well as engineering and materials. Major programs and efforts have been launched in many countries and internationally to exploit rapidly expanding nanotechnology developments. Still obstacles and risk hamper expectations of fast and easy returns on investments.
The seminar is directed at sharing experiences of nanotechnology for growth in Russia and Sweden. It is also an arena for exploring further contacts and cooperation.
