Executive Committee of the Academy

The Academy’s operations are governed by an Executive Committee which constitutes the board of the Academy.

The Executive Committee also constitutes the board of the Foundation of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences. The Chairman of the Academy, who is the chairman of the Executive Committee, presides over the Academy’s meetings as well as the Executive Committee’s meetings.

The Executive Committe should always have one representative form the field of scientific and technological research at universities and colleges, one from the field of research and development and their application in industry and public administration, and one from the field of economic theory and practice.
