Sweden’s politicians need to make some decisions today to enable us to obtain energy at competitive prices in the future – without increasing emissions.

What are the environmental impacts of different types of energy consumption? How can Sweden create lasting incentives for development, investment and improving energy efficiency? How much room do political and industry players have to manoeuvre?

What will the consequences be of various incentives to impact the energy system? Do we need more knowledge to increase the use of renewable types of energy? What should we do to keep cleantech companies such as Solibro and Climate Well in Sweden? What should a technology strategy look like?

These are some of the questions that will be answered by the Energy Crossroads project.
