More than half of all researchers in the tenth round of Mentor4Research are originally from abroad. The number is actually close to 75%! A total of 26 countries are represented among the 71 researchers.

"It is an amazing number" says Anders Gezelius, National Program Manager for Mentor4Research.

A major factor is the opportunity for non Swedish researchers to create new relevant personal networks by getting a Swedish business mentor. This is a well known challenge for people not born in Sweden.

"We give many researchers access to two new worlds. The business community and the country Sweden. It is of course a big bonus for the program and shows the attractiveness of Mentor4Research", concludes Anders Gezelius.

Researchers in the tenth round of Mentor4Research 2015 are based at Chalmers, Karolinska Institutet, KTH, Linköping University, SLU, Stockholm University and Uppsala University.
