Does Sweden need a Minister for the Built Environment?

The development of society is directly dependent on how we plan, design and develop our cities, population centres and rural communities. This is a complex task and the actors working in these environments must be involved in it. Since the issues span multiple areas of expertise and responsibility, strong political leadership is needed. Is it time to have these issues addressed at the national level through a new ministerial position after the election?
