Swedish employers need well-educated employees. And thousands of university graduates have recently arrived to this country.

Integration is an opportunity to boost our talent supply and competitiveness. But how can we speed up the process – in the long and the short term? Listen to examples from companies like ABB, ICA and eWork.

Practical experience significantly speeds up the chances for new arrivals to enter the job market. So IVA started the project Jobbstprånget (Job Leap) with the objective of matching employers throughout Sweden with graduates who have recently arrived.

Seminar participants will include: Minister for Enterprise and Innovation Mikael Damberg, Chairman of IVA’s Business Executives Council Eva Hamilton, Nyamko Sabuni, ÅF, Mernosh Saatchi, Humblestorm, Carl Bennet, Per Carleö, Volvo Cars, Erik Oja, ABB Power Grid, Zoran Covic, eWork and Per Strömberg, ICA.

The seminar is free-of-charge for members of the Business Executives Council. The Business Executives Council’s Annual Meeting will take place immediately following the seminar.
