The Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the emerging and growing energy crisis have put the world economy on a new trajectory. Households across the globe are hit by increased costs of living. The already vulnerable are hurt the most. Free trade seems to have lost some of its appeal as trade is getting more and more intertwined with national security issues. Geopolitics is pulling the world towards a period of diminished globalisation and the need for more diversified and resilient supply chains is discussed across the globe.
Join us for a conversation on what role technology can play in shaping a society that is resilient, connected and trusted. How can new ground breaking technologies support a development that is ethical and advances freedom rather than restricts it? How should corporate strategies and governance be adjusting to the new landscape and what role could innovation and global companies play in helping us back on track?
