A novel treatment against Atopic Dermatitis

This new treatment has the potential of helping millions globally suffering from unresolved AD.

IVAs 100-lista 2022

We have discovered a novel mechanism of action to suppress itch by inhibiting the release and/or expression of key inflammatory mediators in atopic dermatitis (AD) using oligonucleotides, i.e. induction of immune regulation.

We have formulated a water-soluble topical cream, TIR-C, containing therapeutic molecules that stimulate immunomodulatory effects without leading to systemic toxicity. This new treatment has the potential of helping millions globally suffering from unresolved AD.
