To achieve this, we built Alex, a digital coach which combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Machine Learning to provide a personalized service based on individual environmental and emotional triggers. Alex smoke-free is currently available on Google Play and App Store.
IVA’s 100 List 2019 highlights a diverse range of research projects from Swedish universities, under the theme From knowledge to competitiveness. The projects have been selected based on their great potential to create value through commercialization, business and method development, or societal impact. All participating researchers are interested in increased contacts with the business sector for the application and further development of their projects.
