IVAs 100-lista 2020

We are developing Promyc - a new sustainable vegan protein source using filamentous fungi. We are using side-streams from the food industry as a substrate in our fermentation process, thereby introducing circularity in the food production process and increasing resource efficiency. Promyc has many advantages over other traditional protein sources and the way of producing it, both locally and with a positive climate impact, is groundbreaking in today's food industry.

IVA’s 100 List 2020 - Sustainable competitiveness

IVA’s 100 List 2020 highlights a diverse range of research projects from Swedish universities, under the theme Sustainable competitiveness. The projects have been selected based on their great potential to create value through commercialization, business and method development, or societal impact. All participating researchers are interested in increased contacts with the business sector for the application and further development of their projects.
