We are developing solutions to measure the quality and reactivity of freshwater resources in real time, and predict the success of drinking water treatment. These will be used to optimize operational conditions at treatment plants, reducing the need for chemicals and infrastructure and reducing emissions and waste. There are no similar solutions on the market and we hope to create a paradigm shift in water treatment.

The projects have been selected based on their great potential to create value through commercialization, business and method development, or societal impact. All participating researchers are interested in increased contacts with the business sector for the application and further development of their projects.
