We run a number of projects and programmes, produce reports, knowledge bases and policy proposals, and organise open seminars and meetings nationwide. Re:newcell har utvecklat en ny och patenterad kemisk återvinningsprocess för textil i industriell skala. Textilavfall omvandlas till en biologiskt nedbrytningsbar re:newcell-massa. Massan går tillbaka in i den vanliga textilvärdekedjan genom att förädlas till textilfiber. Re:newcells första demonstrationsanläggning är unik i världen som den första storskaliga anläggningen för kemisk återvinning av cellulosafiber. Vi har gjort vår första försäljning och planerar global lansering i butik med ett mycket välkänt varumärke inom kort.

IVA’s 100 List 2020 - Sustainable competitiveness

IVA’s 100 List 2020 highlights a diverse range of research projects from Swedish universities, under the theme Sustainable competitiveness. The projects have been selected based on their great potential to create value through commercialization, business and method development, or societal impact. All participating researchers are interested in increased contacts with the business sector for the application and further development of their projects.
