  The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) is an independent academy with a mission “...to promote engineering and economic sciences and the advancement of business and industry for the benefit of society.” We bring together leading engineers, economists, researchers, entrepreneurs and leaders in business and the public sector, who contribute generously to IVA’s operations through their intellectual capital and their engagement.

En helt ny och unik metod håller på att utvecklas för att med ett enkelt salivprov kunna mäta specifika ämnen som signalerar början av Parkinsons sjukdom. Än så länge finns inget säkert diagnostiskt test för denna sjukdom vilket efterfrågas av såväl sjukvård, patienter som läkemedelsindustri. Affärspotentialen kan därför anses vara gynnsam.

IVA’s 100 List 2020 - Sustainable competitiveness

IVA’s 100 List 2020 highlights a diverse range of research projects from Swedish universities, under the theme Sustainable competitiveness. The projects have been selected based on their great potential to create value through commercialization, business and method development, or societal impact. All participating researchers are interested in increased contacts with the business sector for the application and further development of their projects.
